Executive TV charged us $145.00 for a Mitsubishi TV lamp (73640)that actually cost $43.99 online. I called Executive Repair to ask if they made a mistake in over charging us 3.3 times for the part. The rep responded no, that’s their retail price. My total repair charge was $348.65. Broken down $145.00 part, $125.00 for 15mins of labor, $69.99 service call & $8.70 tax. Research your repair and parts because Executive TV is a ripoff. When we called for the repair the rep fell to disclose the $125.00 labor charge because during the call we where only told we had to pay for the part and service call. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR.

I got my 55 inch tv fixed at Executive Electronics right before Thanksgiving and I must say their service was top notch. Service was fast, affordable and high quality. Definitely will go back to them in the future for my electronic repairs. Highly recommended.
IPhone 6 screen cracked, they fixed it in less than 15 minutes an it was very inexpensive and they don't charge according to the phone make and model.
