Great gym. Well equipped with everything you need for an awesome workout. Ive been a member since they opened and barely go anymore. It's a meat pack!!! Dudes gawking all the time. No space for anything. Don't even try going after 4pm... tons of Group's with their private trainers using all the equipment. I literally hate going now. The best time to go is Sunday morning or in the middle of the night now that they are 24 hours!
I love the new facility! I tend to work out early in the morning...so, it's not crowded. I used to go to the Largo location frequently. This is a nice upgrade. I like the new equipment! I was pleased with Largo, so this is a nice change.
I’ll say this. If you want a gym packed full of cardio equipment and a bunch of people who have no respect for the weight lifting equipment or any equipment really there at all, and a staff that legitimately sits behind a counter and has ZERO customer service skill, go here. Bars are bent. EVERYTHING is beat up, it’s a standing around party constantly, nobody reracks weights, nobody puts anything back that they use for that matter. Every Thot in the DMV area parades this gym with ratty weaves and too-tight spandex taking up valuable space and trying to snatch dudes up... it’s just... an absolute mess. Lazy all around. But if you can get around the terrible music blasted all day and the stench of thousands of people’s genital sweat (the place is NEVER clean) of course the crowd of inconsiderate people that both work there and work out there, then by all means... join and have a blast. Me? I’ll go somewhere where there is still pride in having a clean and well-kept, courtesy-enforced gym.
Large facility, spacious and clean locker rooms. Inside and outside work out spaces. Lots of equipment for both girls and boys. Cinema Cardio, group classes, open 24 hours and more.
The gym is a nice size. They also offer child care for gold members. There are a lot of classes offered. We cycle with Essie Bell and she does a great job.
