Lots of new mobile homes for sale when I was there. Seem to be Improving this mobile home park. Still some units that you wouldn't want to be beside.
These mobile homes were good but now new management has ruin it and made it impossible to live here. They're very careless of what the residents have to say and treat the residents with disrespect.
Nice place to live but management sucks. Trying to make rules for people who have lived there for multiple years
I have lived here 12 years. Recently the management changed The management is now very unresponsive and barely courteous or professional. They own the property and the water pipes (per the WSSC they are responsible) A valve broke underground that had nothing to do with my homes pipes and They were very dismissive. They now have a PREDATORY towing service that roams the property to snatch cars for the slightest excuse. The management never knows what they do or why they tow. Once the tow company took my car out of my driveway and they had to bring it back. I used to recommend Fernwood as a pleasant place to live. Not any more...
I heat this place the neighbors suck and get to do whatever they want . m management turn a blind eye to what's going on in the neighborhood. On top of the plates nickel and dimes you every year around March and April
