My experience with Latrice Jenkins was a very good one. She was so pleasant and helpful, I immediately felt that I was in good hands and my storage experience would be a good one. This was my first experience with public storage and I was concerned about security, access and environmental issues. She took the time and patience to satisfy my concerns.

I had a great experience at Public Storage. The customer service and the professionalism was outstanding. The storage is nice and clean from the exterior to the interior and the location was perfect for me. The property manager Blendine was amazing and very knowledgeable about the business and answered all of my questions. The gentleman and the young lady there with her were very nice too. It's nice to see great customer service still exist. I'm happy they had what I was looking for and helped me with all my storage needs. Best wishes guys, Pam
